• 1. Eligibility

a. Open to Legal Residents: Promotion is open to legal residents in the lower 48 United States and the District of Columbia, except where prohibited by law, who are (a) 21 years of age at the beginning of the promotion, and (b) are legally able to work in the United States. No purchase is necessary to Enter or to Win.

b. Reliable Transmission Service Excluded. Employees of Reliable Transmission Service, Inc., Reliable Transmission Service Midwest, Inc, Reliable Transmission Service Texas, LLC (collectively Reliable Transmission Service or RTS), affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, or fulfillment of the Promotion (collectively referred to as “Promotion Entities”) and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such persons, whether related or not, are not eligible to enter the Promotion.

c. No Other Sponsorship. The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by any other entity.

• 2. How to Enter

a. Promotion Period. The Sweepstakes will run from February 1, 2026 to July 4, 2026. Each week, during this promotional period, there will be a new historical event featured and the opportunity to enter the drawing for the prize to be awarded each month during the promotion period. During the promotional period, the opportunity to submit an entry for each week will begin each Monday at 8:00 a.m. EST and conclude each Friday at 11:59 p.m. PST.

b. To enter, Entrants must visit the RTS website, www.rtsallison.com/USA250, to learn about each week's historical event and enter each month's drawing.

c. Entrants must click on the CLICK HERE TO ENTER button to bring up that week's Entry Form. Entrant must fill out the form and click the Submit button to be entered for that specific week's drawing. You will receive a return email confirming your entry.

d. Restrictions. Limit one (1) entry each week during the Promotion Period. Reliable Transmission Service will disqualify anyone found to have submitted multiple entries.

e. Conditions. Entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of Reliable Transmission Service, which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Reliable Transmission Service (including Reliable Transmission Service, Inc., Reliable Transmission Service Midwest, Inc, Reliable Transmission Service Texas, LLC) are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in printing the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or the announcement of the prizes, or for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or illegal entries.

f. Drawings. Reliable Transmission Service will choose the winner each month from all eligible entrants through random drawings. Winners from each month's drawing will be announced the following Tuesday after that specific month by 12:00 p.m. on the Reliable Transmission Service website www.rtsallison.com/USA250. The monthly winners will be contacted by Reliable Transmission Service via the email provided by the entrant on the entry form. Prizes will be shipped to the Name and address provided on the winning entry forms. If the prizes cannot be shipped, based on the information on the entry form, and Reliable Transmission Service cannot contact the winner, the winner's prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected. If the winner is determined to be not eligible, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected. The odds of winning each week will depend on the number of eligible entries received.

g. Prizes. One winner will be chosen each month during the six (6) week promotion, and one winner will be chosen for the Grand Prize at the end of the six month promotion. Prizes for each week are as follows: February- TBD - value $200; March - TBD - approximate value - $220; April - TBD - value $200; May - TBD - approximate value $200; June - TBD - value $200; July 1st - 4th - TBD - approximate value $220; Reliable Transmission Service is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, or mis-delivered prizes or other communications.

h. Expenses and Taxes. Prize winners are responsible for any expenses incurred in connection with the prizes. No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted, except Reliable Transmission Service reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an offered prize is unavailable. All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize details not set forth herein are the sole discretion of Reliable Transmission Service.

i. Publicity Release Information. Each entrant, by participating in the Promotion, grants Reliable Transmission Service permission to use his/her name, likeness or comments for publicity purposes in any and all media, without payment or any additional consideration or compensation, except where prohibited by law. By submitting an entry, the participant abandons, releases, and forever disclaims any right to control the usage of the submitted materials. This condition of participant in this Promotion stipulates that all rights, without exception in submitted materials be released. This disclaimer and waiver apply regardless of whether the submitting participant receives any prizes and applies to all people represented in the submissions.

j. Legal Documents. If requested, winners must execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) Publicity Release within three days of notification. Failure to do so may result in disqualification, forfeiture, or award to an alternate winner.

• 3. General Rules

a. Applicable Laws. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law. The prize winners may receive an IRS 1099 form for the value of their prizes. Entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules, which are final and binding on all matters relating to Promotions.

b. No Responsibility. Reliable Transmission Service, and each of its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents, are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; printing or other errors; and any entries or mail which are late, lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible, postage-due, or any combination of the above.

c. Reliable Transmission Service Rights. Reliable Transmission Service can void any entrant's entry who it believes has attempted to tamper with or impair Promotion administration, security, fairness, or proper play. Any attempt by any individual to damage or harm Reliable Transmission Service's Digital Channel (website) or the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Reliable Transmission Service reserves the right to cooperate in the prosecution of any such individual(s) and to seek damages from any such individual(s) to the fullest extent of the law. Reliable Transmission Service reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond Reliable Transmission Service's control. If the Promotion is terminated early, the judges will select the winners from all eligible entries received at the time of termination. Should the Promotion be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted www.rtsallison.com/USA250 Once submitted, entries cannot be changed or withdrawn from the Promotion.

d. Release. All entrants agree to release and hold harmless Reliable Transmission Service, Inc., Reliable Transmission Service Midwest, Inc, Reliable Transmission Service Texas, LLC, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company's shareholders, officers, directories, employees, members, assigns and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, any errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, or delays that may occur in connection to the Promotion, entries, or prizes; your conduct in connection with the Promotion or entry; winner's use of the prize; incorrect, inaccurate, late, lost, stolen, illegible, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or entries received through impermissible or illegitimate channels; or personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

e. Social Media Platforms. Any advertisement or operation of the Promotion on any Reliable Transmission Service's social media channel pages or profiles is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, or any other platform.

f. Reliable Transmission Service's failure to enforce any term of these General Rules do not constitute a waiver of Reliable Transmission Service's ability to enforce its rights under these General Rules.

g. The invalidity or unenforceability of any part of these General Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other part of these General Rules. In the event that any provision of these General Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these General Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained with these General Rules.

h. The names, likenesses, logos, and images of individuals, groups, companies, products, and services mentioned in these General Rules, or in any promotional materials: are used for identification purposes only; may be the copyrighted properties and trademarks of their respective owners; and do not imply any association with Reliable Transmission Service or endorsement of Reliable Transmission Service.

• 4. Governing Law and Disputes

Governing Law. This Promotion is governed by and subject to the laws of the United States and the State of Florida without giving effect to the conflict of laws rules, thereof.

Disputes. Except where prohibited, the entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and all claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Promotion or any prize awarded, or the determination of winner shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages or any other damages, including attorneys' fees. Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
